Responsibilities- Develop and implement CSR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and execute CSR initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of CSR programs, including budgeting, event planning, community partnerships, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of CSR initiatives to stakeholders.
- Develop and execute internal communications plans and strategies.
- Manage all internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and internal social media platforms.
- Create and distribute internal communications content, including company announcements, updates, and employee recognition.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate social responsibility and internal communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the impact of CSR initiatives.
- Knowledge of current CSR trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office suite and intranet software.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
