Arvo Solar is growing and needs to add a Project Coordinator to our team.

  • The selected candidate will have solar industry experience
  • This role is Can be 50-60% remote
  • This role coordinates the consumer experience from Calling out for site survey, submitting for Design & Engineering to Permitting to PTO.
  • The selected candidates have a solid foundation working with AHJ’s/building departments, Creating BOM’s for each job, and staying on top of each activity within HubSpot.
  • The selected candidate is motivated by problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • $42,000 - $55,000 annual salary (DOE) (Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement after 90 days)

The Project Coordinator is a key member of the business operations team managing and supporting the customer relationship from sales close to PTO. The role combines aspects of:

  • Administration
  • Customer communication and permit submittals
  • Leading the efforts of On-Shore and Off-Shore Project Coordinators
  • Customer Service

  • – Knowledge of clerical and administrative systems such as HubSpot.

A successful candidate is 100% focused on exceptional customer outcomes, is detail and process-oriented, proactive and is a problem solver.

Necessary Skills and Experience:

· 2+ years of experience in solar field operations

· Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards to check the plans

· NABCEP Certification (Preferred)

· Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

· High proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project and/or other PM software

· Familiar with HubSpot and Dropbox

 

This opportunity responsible for supporting customers nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • – Initiate and maintain proactive communication with customers from sales close to PTO
  • – Responsible for proactive phone and email communications with customers and documentation regarding the status of projects.
  • – Performs documentation of client profile information in HubSpot, Dropbox
  • – Documents correspondence with clients and related activities
  • – Assists with documenting new features and functions relating to system enhancements or modifications.
  • – Assists with overseeing and management of tasks related to project process including interconnection application submission, tracking, updates, and rebates
  • – Assists with management of homeowner portal and follow up with clients relating to project updates
  • – Assists with basic troubleshooting, documentation, and testing of customer portal, reports, and views.
  • – Assists with customer account setup and verification

Preferred Profile

  • – Previous Project Management Experience In Residential Solar
  • – 100% Commitment to pro-active customer service
  • – Technology: Google Products, Window operation systems, Salesforce CRM, office equipment
