Posting Description:
This position is for a permit runner & Building inspection coordinator . Majority is office work but light physical labor inspecting company vehicles are in a good condition, ordering and receiving materials. Driving to job sites to ensure safety protocols are being followed.
Day-to-Day Operations:
-Obtaining building permits
_ Spraying ground markings for under ground utilities
-Vehicle maintenance Inspections
-Meeting OSHA Safety requirements
-Order materials and inventory count of material on hand
-Keep up with Certifications
-Maintaining neat yard space
-Construction geotechnical/ foundation building experience preferred.
-Familiarity with Building codes and departments a plus
Job Requirements
-Must pass drug test
-Clean Driving Record
-Must Pass background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
-Fluent in English
- Must be able to use Microsoft applications
Compensation - DOE - Starting at 18 / HR and up
Vehicle from office to building departments & job sites provided
