We are looking to fill a Full-Time position on our team. Our family owned company is growing and need an additional person for accounting, administrative and to assist with our inside sales.
The primary responsibilities will be to enter vendor bills, invoicing, managing reports including open sales order reports and AR reports. As well as monthly reports required by vendors. Administrative tasks to include filing and managing and ordering office supplies when needed. Assisting with our inside sales team members to process quotes, sales order and purchase orders.
This person must be a team player being able to work closely with the Inventory Manager, Outside Sales Staff, and other office personnel.
Requirements
Proficient at Excel (Use Excel on daily basis) and other Microsoft Software
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Able to multitask and handle high pressure situations
Bachelor’s Degree is a plus or Previous Work Experience
