We are seeking a Vet Clinic Receptionist/Customer Service Rep to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and assist with all clinic customers and administrative tasks.
If you have experience in the medical field or vet field with great customer service skills this is a great opportunity to work with an awesome team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet all incoming customers
- Answer Multiline phone
- Assist with scheduling and documentation
- Process payments
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or reception within the medical/Veterinarian field
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
