Project Manager

Salty Dog Remodeling is an award-winning home remodeling company based in Leesburg, VA and servicing surrounding areas. Salty Dog does everything from roofing and siding to kitchens and bathrooms, from drywall repairs to home additions.

Essential duties and responsibilities of the project manager:

• Oversee individual contracts and coordinate all project related activities.

• Maintain project files and records, including finish product selections and allowance spreadsheets.

• Communicate with customers and the crews in the field to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

• Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure accurate and on-time material delivery.

• Perform regular quality control inspections of all projects.

• Ensure efficiency and profitability on projects by managing crews and scheduling work to be completed.

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ensure efficiency of crews and timeline adherence

• Oversee job completion and project walkthrough with customers

Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience in remodeling project management

• 8+ years in remodeling industry

• Proficiency in Spanish a plus
