Monday-Friday, 8:00a-6:00p; Saturday 9:00a-1:00p

What the position offers:

What you’ll be doing:

Handle member inquiries related to loan and deposit services with professionalism and accuracy
Assist in opening new membership and deposit accounts while addressing any member issues promptly and thoroughly
Offer additional services to members based on their needs, aiming to enhance their financial well-being
Support MSRs and lending staff by providing relevant information for sales initiatives and ensuring timely and high-quality member service
Maintain awareness of sales support and processing activities, providing regular updates to management
Adhere strictly to policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance in all duties performed
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Credit Union's history, philosophy, policies, and operational procedures
Pursue continuous improvement through self-directed training and certification programs
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and responding constructively to feedback

Who we’re looking for:

Prior over-the-phone or platform sales experience preferably in a banking environment
Prior experience in a customer service role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must value a high degree of accuracy and speed
Professional demeanor
Effective communication skills
