Who You Are:

We are looking for a bright and energetic go-getter to join our company as a Sales Administrator/Coordinator. You will be a key player in supporting and streamlining our planning and sales operations, with your communication skills and analytical abilities. Your primary focus in this role will be to help optimize and support our planning and sales team, manage sales teams and facilitate communication between sales representatives, while also organizing large amounts of data. With this position, you have to be highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and extremely efficient.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of sales records and proactively provide month-end goal setting reports to the Planning and Sales teams, contributing to a well-organized and efficient sales process.
  • Showcase your creative flair by crafting enticing menus tailored for multiple states, captivating customers' taste buds and maximizing sales potential.
  • Serve as a vital link between Wholesale Planning, Sales, and Production teams, fostering seamless collaboration and ensuring smooth operations across departments.
  • Foster robust communication and strong relationships with Account Executives, enabling prompt order processing and exceptional customer service.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills by efficiently gathering and consolidating extensive data from various platforms like Leaftrade, Leaflink, Business Central, and MS Excel/Google Sheets, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Play a key role in credit management by diligently tracking and approving credits, collaborating closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement a proactive approach to inventory management, utilizing daily reporting to monitor and optimize inventory levels. Additionally, take charge of identifying and introducing new services and products, enabling the Sales team to offer accurate and appealing menu options to customers.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies within the organization, document business process flowcharts, and develop well-crafted proposals for optimizing processes, contributing to enhanced productivity and streamlined operations.
  • Demonstrate your commitment to professional growth by actively participating in essential Planning and Sales training meetings, deepening your understanding of the company's comprehensive range of services and products.

What You'll Bring:

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • Minimum 1-year working experience (data mining or data analysis preferred!)
  • Ability to compile and manage large amounts of data; Google and MS Suite proficiency is a necessity
  • Any prior Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience is a plus and highly recommended
  • Proficiency in crafting data pulls from both decentralized systems and data warehouse required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills (includes the ability to learn new skills and technologies in order to perform advanced analyses)
  • Organized, process driven, and detail-oriented (but without getting lost in the details)
  • Proven record of taking all tasks to completion
  • Can work efficiently, both independently and with others
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup environment
