Construction Superintendent

Location: Multiple job-sites in El Dorado, Placer, and Sacramento counties

We are currently looking to add a key position to our team. The Superintendent will provide planning and execution for various project activities. This person will work closely with the owners, supervise residential projects, direct project leads, communicate with subcontractors, assist crew as needed, and train new team members. While this is a supervisor role,  you will be hands on performing various trades as needed.

Essential Responsibilities & Qualifications:

•5+ years in residential construction

•Drivers license

•Must have high level problem solving and troubleshooting skills in all areas

•Strong communication and organization skills

•Maintain a loyal, positive, team focused, growth-oriented attitude

•Ability to keep confidential information protected

•Strong knowledge of residential construction from ground up, drawings, and specifications

•Develop and maintain professional relationships with owners, subcontractors and on-site crew

•Manage project performance activities, and costs

•Lead project meetings

•Ensure safety requirements are met

•Must have strong written and verbal skills

•Extensive knowledge of construction materials

•Other duties as required
