Information:
This position is to work in a high-volume, polished casual dining concept who serves very high quality food! The Manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations while modeling and demonstrating leadership. Successful performance is measured by consistent delivery of balanced results through the systems, methods and procedures.
Job Duties:
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service
- Record keeping of labor, food, liquor, etc.
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
- Build positive relationships with vendors and internal employees
- Promote a positive atmosphere for workers of all levels
- Ensure procedures and policies are adhered to
- Training, coaching, and corrective action
Skills & experience we are looking for:
- At least 2-5 years of management experience in a high volume, $3M to $5M, environment
- Must have an upscale casual dining background.
- Strong career progression in casual dining
