As a Learning & Development Manager, you'll get to:
- Develop innovative and engaging learning programs to unleash the potential of our team members.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
- Implement cutting-edge learning technologies to enhance our learning ecosystem.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously iterate for improvement.
Experience and Skills
Requirements:
- 3-5 years proven experience in learning and development, with a knack for creativity and innovation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and other learning technologies.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational leadership, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
