Consider joining our team as a Community Manager in the Northland and Franklin County Area, Ohio.


What You'll Do:

  • Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
  • Manage and inspire a team of dedicated leasing and maintenance professionals
  • Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
  • Conduct routine property inspections to identify service needs and ensure timely apartment turnovers
  • Drive leasing efforts and implement marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates
  • Community hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm, with some Saturdays based on location and occupancy (200+ unit properties)

What We're Looking For:

  • Two years of experience as a property manager in the multifamily industry
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • The ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An adept problem solver who can handle a variety of challenges
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Willing to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer

Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:

  • CAM® or CAPS® designation
  • Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
  • Experience working directly with property owners
  • Yard experience - Preferred
