Consider joining our team as a Community Manager in the Northland and Franklin County Area, Ohio.
What You'll Do:
- Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
- Manage and inspire a team of dedicated leasing and maintenance professionals
- Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify service needs and ensure timely apartment turnovers
- Drive leasing efforts and implement marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates
- Community hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm, with some Saturdays based on location and occupancy (200+ unit properties)
What We're Looking For:
- Two years of experience as a property manager in the multifamily industry
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An adept problem solver who can handle a variety of challenges
- Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Willing to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer
Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:
- CAM® or CAPS® designation
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- Experience working directly with property owners
- Yard experience - Preferred
