Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facility Associate to join our team. As a Facility Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. This position requires a versatile individual with excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks related to facility management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintains facility cleanliness.
• Makes minor repairs and maintenance to building.
• General landscaping, including tree trimming, leaf blowing, weed control, etc.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat.
• Complies and follows all procedures, rules, and safety regulations, utilizing proper safety equipment when applicable.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ability to attend work regularly and punctually.
• Other duties as assigned.

• General maintenance / repair knowledge
• Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to transport items up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to conduct field work at various locations.
