This is a direct hire position with our client.
Pay $35-$40/Hour
Full Time + OT June 3rd-Aug 4th, 2024

You’ll work at a premier children's summer camp dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences. Located in Portola,CA, the camp offers a wide range of activities including sports, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and more. And YOU get to experience it all - work and live in a beautiful outdoor camp setting for the summer!
What you’ll do:
- Provide medical/healthcare and first aid to campers and staff as needed.
- Manage the camp's health center and oversee the administration of medications.
- Conduct health screenings upon campers' arrival and maintain health records.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding campers' health needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with camp leadership to promote a safe and healthy camp environment.
- Be available on-call during camp sessions to respond to medical emergencies.
- Physically assist campers with mobility impairments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA), EMT, LPN, licensed in CA; CPR and First Aid certs required
- Experience working in pediatric or adolescent healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong assessment and triage skills with the ability to respond calmly under pressure.
- Sucess in prescreening assessments
