- Experience in a Healthcare Setting
- Excellent Customer Service and Data Entry Skills
- Responsible for greeting patients in person or on the phone and driving a positive patient customer service experience.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining continuity among work.
- Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree required.
- One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Customer Service related experience strongly preferred.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills required.
- Excellent professional skills (On Time, Team Oriented, and Analytical) required.
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Data Entry, Electronic Health Record System
