A sales representative responsible for facilitating Cat STU (Sales to User) and Rebuild growth through the leveraging of used, aftermarket and rebuilt parts options. The sales rep will work with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to develop insights and analysis of competitive products and manufacturers and develop strategies to focus Cat programs and Ohio Cat Promotional Campaigns on improving overall POPS for specific product groups and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Prior industry knowledge of the products along with a technical background of the products sold and serviced. 
• Individual must be highly motivated, with superior communication and customer interaction skills along with good organizational skills.
• Advanced computer skills with the understanding of Cat information retrievals systems.
• Telephone sales experience or outside sales experience desired Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must have a strong sales orientation and have a mechanical aptitude.
• Must have the ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and has a team work ethic along with exceptional knowledge of heavy equipment. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
