For administrative: Prior EMR/EHR, medical office, and customer service experience required.

For Administrative Applicants: Prior knowledge and experience of marketing and social media is a plus. Please also notate if you are bi-lingual or are certified in ASL for medical.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Patient care coordination

Managing patient’s clinical schedule, care plans, and paperwork

Answering phones

Patient Routing

Doctor Routing

Must be able to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.

Normal Office hours include some evenings and occasional weekends
