Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, including difficult/escalated callers
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and provide follow-up support
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Skills

MUST be Bilingual in English & Spanish (Dealbreaker)
Must have a strong work history and a proven punctuality track record.
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50-20/HR

Shift: Monday-Friday + Rotating Saturday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
