Labor & Employment Attorney

Aspen Careers is partnering with a large, national firm to add attorneys to their Labor & Employment practice group. Multiple opportunities based on experience.

The Opportunities:

• Will focus on a combination of Employment Litigation and Labor & Employment work within the Columbus office
• Opportunity to work on the National Client Service Center team, which serves the firm's offices across the nation, providing flexible billable rates for Labor & Employment work outside of Columbus.
• Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Employment Litigation
  • Public and Private Sector Work
  • Policy drafting, including Employee Handbooks
  • Advise & counsel clients
  • EEOC position statements
  • Case assessments
  • Appellate briefs
  • Discovery requests
  • Traditional labor & employment work
• 1750 Billable hour requirement; No additional hourly requirements

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Employment
• Desire to join a great work culture where they will feel valued and appreciated
• Desire to hold a Staff Attorney position long term. This opportunity is not for someone who is looking for advancement to an Associate or Partner track
