Job Description

The Multifamily Production Operations Coordinator is a highly organized individual positioned to assist with the management of daily operational business activities to

ensure the company is operating efficiently. As a Multifamily Production Operations Coordinator, the candidate will be responsible for a range of operational duties

including, but not limited to, managing and tracking projects, project and employee scheduling, project development and management activities, internal operating

procedures, business processes and policies and various other operational and administrative tasks.


To be successful as a Multifamily Production Operations Coordinator, the candidate should be able to resolve problematic situations efficiently and have excellent

communication and organizational skills. Ultimately, an outstanding Multifamily Production Operations Coordinator should be able to ensure the smooth daily

operations of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
  • Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues
  • Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports
  • Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
  • Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards
  • Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
  • Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
  • Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals
  • Applying for permits online or paper applications for your assigned market.
  • Maintain all necessary information and documents needed for the various applications throughout each market.
  • Scheduling inspections online or via telephone and documenting details and outcomes
  • Performing administrative tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, updating spreadsheets, updating checklists and tracking, etc.


Job Requirements (required):

  • Proven work experience in an Operations, Project or Business function or similar role including:
    • 2 years in an office administration role
    • 1 year in an operations, project or equivalent role
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Ability to perform a wide range of duties and tasks
  • Ability to interact effectively as a member of a team and work collaboratively with faculty and staff
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
