Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Support Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will support the Core Applications Lead/SubLead in day-to-day requirements management, design, coordination of development activities, testing, and user support for custom development projects.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for client relationship management and a deep understanding of Oracle EBS Financials, Projects, Federal Financial Applications, and Project Accounting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of Oracle EBS applications.
• Manage requirements gathering, design, and coordination of development activities.
• Oversee testing and user support for custom development projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle EBS Functional Support projects.
• Collaborate with the Core Applications Lead/SubLead on day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of Oracle EBS systems.

Required Experience/Skills

• Proven experience in Oracle EBS Financials, Projects, Federal Financial Applications, and Project Accounting.
• Strong background in client relationship management and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in a similar industry or company environment.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Familiarity with other Oracle EBS modules or related technologies.
