• Provide educated advice and recommend products to clients in order to meet their needs and exceed marketing goals
• Resolve client objections on time and ensure the quality of services is sustained
• Record confidential external client account information including address, phone number, and billing information
• Recommend improvements to drive market revenue based on analyzed data
• Establish and maintain rapport with customers directly by buildings a sense of trust and making them feel unique and valued
