Sales Appointment Coordinator/Customer Service (Solar)

We are seeking a Solar Appointment Setter/Phone Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Responsibilities:

• You will primarily handle outbound calling responsibilities, calling leads from our database to set appointments.
• Assist in handling incoming calls, perform daily data entry and inputting as well as follow up.
• Set, confirm and reschedule appointments as well as obtain usage
• Make outbound calls and provides prompt, courteous, and accurate responses
• Update the notes and status of an account when needed or requested by the sales rep
• Responsible to work as an information source to answer questions and follow up
• Will adhere to policies, procedures, and practices
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Not all duties are included, and it's important that it is understood duties and tasks may be added as the manager sees fit and/or needed

• Previous experience in telephone sales, or other related fields
• Previous solar experience highly preferred
• Great phone skills
• Basic Computer Skills
