Dental Patient Services Representative

Salary: $21.00 - $24.45 starting, DOE.

Our Dental Patient Service Representative provides the first point of contact for our patients. You play a vital role in creating positive, friendly rapport with patients and are responsible for performing front office activities pertaining to the Dental department.

• Greet patients with a warm smile and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and efficiency
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Collaborate with dental team members to ensure exceptional patient experiences

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
