Role Overview:

BoxPower seeks a highly motivated and talented Junior Chief of Staff to support our executive team in a fast-paced, startup environment. This full-time, in-person role is perfect for someone with a strong aptitude for learning, a passion for renewable energy, and the potential to grow into either a chief of staff or a specialized senior position within our innovative company.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and prioritize communications and schedules for the executive team.
- Coordinate executive travel plans, speaking engagements, and external meetings.
- Support executives in conducting comprehensive market research to drive business strategy and operational planning.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Serve as a critical link between senior management and other teams, enhancing organizational communication and project execution.
- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads.
 - Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university; all majors are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge or experience in the energy sector is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

- Advanced presentation skills (verbal, written, digital).
- Robust analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Superior communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse audiences.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to adapt to new technologies.
- Proactive, driven, and ready to embrace challenges in a dynamic environment.
