Job Description

Grady Management Inc., one of the leading property management firms in the Washington D.C. area, is seeking an experienced Leasing/Marketing Manager at The Cider Mill Apartments, an 850+ unit apartment community located in Montgomery Village, MD.

This is a great opportunity for an upbeat and creative individual who will assist in the supervision and motivation of an on-site marketing team. Some weekend hours are required.

Key responsibilities include:

Management of Leasing Operations
Insures daily inspection of community and apartments to ensure marketing readiness, curb appeal, favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
Overseas and trains leasing staff on the functions necessary to close the sale, including setting appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, and any follow- up necessary.
Ensure that the leasing/marketing sales process is followed.
Reviews and makes recommendations for advertising including print, digital, and social media.
Ensures the regular completion of market surveys and outreach programs such as open houses.
Develops and implements procedures and programs to retain residents while maintaining revenue.
Ensures that leasing staff places customer needs, requests, and follow-up as a number one priority.

Affordable Housing experience a plus.

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations required.
