Grady Management Inc., one of the leading property management firms in the Washington D.C. area, is seeking an experienced Leasing/Marketing Manager at The Cider Mill Apartments, an 850+ unit apartment community located in Montgomery Village, MD.
This is a great opportunity for an upbeat and creative individual who will assist in the supervision and motivation of an on-site marketing team. Some weekend hours are required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management of Leasing Operations
- Insures daily inspection of community and apartments to ensure marketing readiness, curb appeal, favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
- Overseas and trains leasing staff on the functions necessary to close the sale, including setting appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, and any follow- up necessary.
- Ensure that the leasing/marketing sales process is followed.
- Reviews and makes recommendations for advertising including print, digital, and social media.
- Ensures the regular completion of market surveys and outreach programs such as open houses.
- Develops and implements procedures and programs to retain residents while maintaining revenue.
- Ensures that leasing staff places customer needs, requests, and follow-up as a number one priority.
Affordable Housing experience a plus.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations required.
