Job Description

We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team! Individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing all service requests from customers.

Responsibilities:

Accept, dispatch, and monitor incoming service calls .
Track calls and update customers on call progress frequently
Provide accurate estimates for customer approval
Provide accurate invoices upon call completion and close out calls
Establish and build relationships with customers
Seek out new qualified vendors and subcontractors
Establish and build relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Manage field operations with service techs
Parts orders and tech inventory tracking
Schedule follow up calls for work satisfaction with customers
Generate weekly reports for service performance (new calls, completed calls, revenue generated, costs, etc.)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in service, dispatch, sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Familiarity with Quickbooks
Great Multitasker
