Sweetwater Pain and Spine is currently seeking a full-time Medical Scheduler to join our practice. This is an entry level position. We are seeking a qualified candidate for full-time employment.
The job requires strong administrative skills, experience working with an EMR system, answer phones in a polite and professional manner. multi-task and coordination. Work well as a team and independently. A friendly disposition and willingness to follow through and assist others is must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with healthcare providers on their schedule
- Schedule appointments for patient consultation and procedures
- Resolve scheduling conflicts
- Collect payments and post to the account
- Other duties are delegated by management
- Check Patients in
- Collect copays and balances
- Medical records
