POSITION SUMMARY:
The Ladies Locker Room Attendant maintains and ensures immaculate locker room facilities for Martis Camp membership and their guests, as well as food and beverage lounge service. Light food and beverage preparation required.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of the locker room facilities, including the showers, Jacuzzi, steam room, vanity, and locker bays
Ensure all towels and amenities are fully stocked and neatly presented
Engage with our membership in a friendly and upbeat manner
Serving Food and Beverage to our members and guests
Preparing light menu items such as acai bowls, smoothies, and specialty coffee drinks
Provide a seamless experience between the Spa and the Locker Room

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND LICENSES:

A minimum of 6 months of experience in food service or housekeeping is preferred.
California ServSafe Food Handlers certificate is required within the first 30 days of employment.
TIPS certification may be required for applicants over 18 within the first 30 days of employment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: (with or without accommodations)

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand/walk for 6 hours at a time
Ability to twist, kneel, and bend repeatedly when moving inventory and assisting members and during site clean-up
Ability to push heavy carts up to a quarter mile at a time

WAGE RANGE: $22.50 per hour plus service charges
