Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory control, e-commerce fulfillment, and materials handling
- Manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of goods
- Utilize forklifts and other equipment to safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA guidelines for safety
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics and streamline distribution center processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment and order processing
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Proficient in shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation and tracking systems
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of logistics processes and best practices
- Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations

- Data entry, spread sheets, word excel are a must

- Forklift experience is a must, electric sit down
