Junior Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide user support with tickets and requests.
• Process automation with Salesforce Flow.
• User account management, permissions, and role assignments.
• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Assist with user training and documentation.
• Assists with platform maintenance and feature updates.
• Ensures data integrity through regular maintenance and data cleanup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with git for version control.
• Experience with CRM platforms and functionality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours & Hours of Operation

Reno, Nevada: 

Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch, Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000
