HVAC Technician

Detay Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
• Test and monitor HVAC systems and components using appropriate tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Install and maintain HVAC equipment, ductwork, and ventilation components.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing HVAC tasks.
• Cleaning is a mandatory requirement upon completion of work.

Physical Demands:
This position requires physical agility and stamina. Tasks may involve lifting heavy equipment, kneeling, climbing ladders, bending, and moving about on hands and knees.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with accurate diagnosis of HVAC issues.
• Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Possession of trucks and tools is a plus.
