About the Role

Figure is seeking an intern to join our Operations team, focusing on post-close mortgage processes. As a Post Close Operations Intern, you will play a vital role in managing the mortgage and HELOC post-close process, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and make a meaningful impact within our innovative team.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry into our customer success platform.
• Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to data entry and post-close processes.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance data entry skills and knowledge of mortgage operations.
