We are a busy automotive repair company with 4 locations around Columbus, Ohio. We provide an upscale auto repair experience and we are "Masters Of Our Craft".

As an Automotive Service Advisor at ER Autocare, you can expect to start your day by welcoming customers with a positive attitude and assisting them with their auto repair needs. You will utilize your empathy and humility to listen to customer concerns and provide accurate service recommendations. Throughout the day, you will maintain consistent communication with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs. Your forward-thinking approach will come in handy when prioritizing tasks and managing customer expectations. This full-time position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance in a high-performance work environment.
