As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will have a pivotal role in expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to potential clients, educating them on insurance benefits, and successfully selling insurance policies to meet their needs.

1. Prospecting and Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels including calls, emails, and networking to generate leads.
2. Consultative Sales: Assess customer needs and provide comprehensive information on insurance products and coverage options.
3. Policy Sales: Guide customers through the insurance policy selection process and effectively close sales transactions.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage policy renewals and referrals.
5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies in insurance sales processes.

• Insurance License: Must either hold, or obtain a Nevada Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance license.
• Sales Experience: While sales experience is helpful, it is not required.
• Product Knowledge: Must acquire a strong understanding of property & casualty insurance products and their benefits.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
• Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs.
