Job Description

Our financial services client, located has immediate hiring needs for Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities will include contacting customers by telephone to collect past due payments.

Job Responsibilities:

Prior customer service experience
Good verbal communication skills
Dependability/Punctual, Accountable
Good written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Experience:

1+ year, handling collections
3+ years of customer service
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
