The ideal candidate will have experience with Tag and Title, posting of deals, and handling the dealer exchange process.

Automotive Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payables/Receivables.
• Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments.
• Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations.
• Billing out New and Used Car deals.
• Reconciling schedules.
• Reconciling Warranty, GAP, and maintenance contracts.
• Assist in Month End Closing.
• Review and process Sales commissions.
• Assist with daily duties of accounting team and special projects as necessary.

Automotive Accounting Clerk Job Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Automotive dealership experience: 1 year preferred.
• DealerTrack knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership qualities.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items at once.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.
