Job Description

We are seeking a experienced full time Maintenace tech for 120 units located from Antioch to Concord.

Job requires to have your own tools and a truck
24/7 on call

Job duties include
- Turn over vacant units(painting, electrical, plumbing)
- Drywall Sheet rock repair
- Lifting/installing appliances, water heaters, etc
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, etc
- Strong verbal skills
- Painting
- Electrical

Qualifications:
- Experience is a must(minimum 3 years as a make ready)
- Have own tools and truck
- Valid Drivers License
- Weekly on calls
- Applicant will be required to run background/drug test.

Hours:
Monday- Friday 8:00am -5:00pm
Holiday pay, sick, vacation and medical.
