Summary:

This position is responsible for providing Hi-Line Refreshment Customers with a wide variety of high quality coffee, snack, food and beverage products for micro markets, vending machines and pantries at businesses and institutions across Northern Arizona. Route Drivers handle product replenishment and inventory management with state of the art technology while providing best in class customer service. This position is accepting DOT and non-DOT applicants.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Follows customer service schedule for daily machine services. Fills and merchandises according to schematics, paying particular attention to product sales, inventory levels, product freshness and accuracy of pricing.

Maintains equipment and product selling areas in a clean manner and calls in any necessary repairs to service. Communicates with customer regarding repair issues and out-of-stocks.

Greets customers and handles any requests, product changes or suggestions.

Follows daily procedures for inventory, machine keys, vehicle keys and escrow. Verifies escrow amount daily before signing escrow log.

Performs a daily pre-trip inspection of the delivery vehicle. Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Operates company vehicle with safety in mind and follows all laws of the State of Arizona.

Acquires and maintains a necessary DOT required certification (Health Card) required to operate vehicle and possesses a valid Az Driver’s License.

Performs money collections and product inventory of machines. Accountable for accuracy of money and inventory.

Utilizes Hand-Held to maintain accurate machine inventories and pricing information in the route accounting system.

Follows End Of Day check-in and cash verification procedures daily with a manager when route is complete.

Communicates any issues or concerns during the day, along with any service issues to Hi-Line Management

Follows all company policies and direction by Hi-Line Management

Must be able to lift product weighing at least 55 pounds repeatedly during a 10-12 hour work period
