The Harmony Agency is seeking an Inbound Sales Producer to join our amazing team. You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.

We are looking for self-driven individuals who are ''A'' players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. You must have one year P&C insurance experience. Our training and resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the prospect's best interest first in order to properly protect them. Working 8:30 - 5:30 M-F Eastern Standard Time selling Ohio insurance.

Salary: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Assisting current customers with any policy changes.

Proactively contacting customers at renewal or when payments are late.

Cross selling current customers new policies.

Achieving daily goals of customer talk time, quotes and sales.

Ensure that The Harmony Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.

Responsible for accurate underwriting.

Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.

Demonstrate competency and knowledge of products & rules for our industry.
