Primary Job:

Support our APMC customers (LO’s and Branch Managers) by being a part of the Multi State Loan team in the function of LOA for Multi State Loan referrals for all states that APMC originates in. Must have EXCELLENT communication skills, be able to function well in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following list outlines the main responsibilities, subject to change/additions:

• Gather conditions from borrowers
• Communicate with processor and LO with regards to moving the loan file forward towards an on time closing
• Must be able to manage deadlines well, with an organized aptitude to ensuring loans are closed on time
• Communicate and keep updated all referral partners, LO’s, processors, borrowers and agents on all loan files.
• Participate in weekly pipeline meeting
• May need to Open escrow, requesting title/escrow fees
• Order appraisals
• Request COC’s
• Enter fees in 2015 itemization and request initial disclosures & COC’s
• Have a well-versed knowledge of APMC program/guidelines

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Customer Service – the ability to provide and maintain effective and positive communication
• Adaptability – an ability to quickly learn new or different techniques, products and computer programs
• Problem Solving – an ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems at a functional level
