SAP Lead resource
4+ years of SAP S/4 Application Management Services (AMS) experience and 8+years of overall SAP Experience delivery management experience.
* Must be able to prioritize day to day AMS activities within team and ensure SLAs are being met.
* Must have knowledge about ServiceNow applications (SNOW) and reporting from SNOW for weekly / monthly reporting.
* SAP functional consultant or Lead role experience is desirable.
* Fluent communication and client interaction skills. Client relationship management experience is must.
* Able to identify and implement continuous service improvement initiative like automation, quality improvement, etc.
