Manage and enhance the company’s brand. Ensure consistency in branding across the marketing channel.
Lead and manage a marketing team. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative working environment.
Conduct market research to identity trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Use this information to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.
Develop and manage the marketing budget. Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve marketing goals.
Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, or other promotional activities to engage with the target audience.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales of products or services.
Special projects as assigned by the President/CEO
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or advertising from a four-year college or university. Minimum five years direct sales and marketing experience, preferably in the large equipment vehicles arena. Must have marketing leadership experience in the ski industry. Little to no supervision.
