GENERAL MANAGER/EQUITY PARTNER

Tallman Hotel & Blue Wing Saloon Restaurant

Owners of the property are seeking a professional in the hospitality industry to take over management and then ownership of the property. Initially GM will work with owners to learn the unique features of the property with a salary, housing if required, and bonus based on performance. The plan is for the GM to assume ownership through a lease or installment sale with mutually beneficial terms and conditions within one or two years.

Tallman Hotel has 17 rooms, swimming pool and gardens with a full service, fully licensed restaurant next door. The Blue Wing Saloon has seating at the bar, indoor tables, veranda tables with heaters and garden seating seasonally.
