Reservation Agent Core Competencies:
Pristine phone etiquette
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, quickly and efficiently
Excellent "people" and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated work ethic and the ability to stay on task until the job gets done
Flexible nature and attitude of helpfulness
Required Qualification: Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Center
