JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our concrete construction team. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set Elevations
- Layouts
- Foundations
- Curb/Gutter
- Commercial/city concrete knowledge such as manholes and valleys etc.
- ADA
- Must be able to run/manage a crew of 10+
- Supervise subcontractors on-site
- Ability to interpret schematics and read blueprints accurately
- Able to wear bags and lead a team by example
- Order job materials
