Join our close-knit Construction company as we expand our team! We are seeking a versatile Office Manager/Project Coordinator to seamlessly navigate between office and field responsibilities.
As an integral part of our team, you'll be involved in various tasks, supporting both our Field and Office operations. Your duties will include aiding Project Managers and Field Foremen/Superintendents with field employee onboarding, scheduling training sessions, maintaining records, managing site safety documentation, and overseeing daily reporting and task tracking using cloud-based software.
Additionally, you will provide crucial office support, working directly with the owners across several accounting functions, including handling accounts payables, managing city licensing requirements, processing lien releases, overseeing office/facility management tasks, and offering general administrative assistance.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Prior experience in the Construction industry
* Self-starter and problem solver
* HIGH-LEVEL Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Strong organizational aptitude to streamline processes and enhance company methodologies
* A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever necessary to support the team's success.

This position can be part-time if needed, offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Alternatively, it can be a full-time position with ample room to grow within our company. Full time would provide great medical, dental, and vision benefits 100% covered by the employer.
This position is 100% onsite in our Rancho Cordova office, with occasional need for errands or jobsite visits within greater Sacramento area.
