Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance tasks for our property in Sparks, Nevada. From ensuring smooth move-ins for new tenants to promptly addressing maintenance emergencies, you will be integral to the daily operations and our overall success.

Responsibilities

·Prepare rental units for move-in, coordinating with vendors to ensure all necessary preparations are completed.

·Maintain adequate supplies and place orders for additional materials as needed.

·Oversee and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.

·Manage maintenance of common areas including hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, and more.

·Schedule and oversee yearly inspections for fire safety systems and backflow preventers.

·Coordinate snow removal during winter months.

·Attend to after-hours maintenance emergencies and ensure prompt resolution.

·Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and professional work environment.

Qualifications

·Excellent communication and delegation skills.

·Strong organizational and management abilities.

·Previous supervisory experience preferred.

·2+ years of working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, painting, sprinkler repair, and carpentry.

·High School Diploma or equivalent.

·CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is required.

·Familiarity with pool maintenance preferred.

·Ability to meet physical requirements including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in various weather conditions.

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm (Regularly on call if needed)
