Brand Ambassadors

The Role:

As a Brand Ambassador & Market Manager on our Event Experience Team, you'll be the face of our brand at a range of exciting venues. From bustling farmers' markets to regional craft shows, you'll have the opportunity to engage with hundreds of potential customers, sharing our story and showcasing our delicious products.

Simple Times Mixers is on a mission to redefine the cocktail experience with our all-natural mixers crafted for simplicity and sustainability. Since our inception, we've been committed to reducing food waste, supporting local farmers, and delivering exceptional flavors in every bottle.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Event Representation:** Set up and be the face of Simple Times Mixers at various events, both locally and regionally, showcasing our brand and engaging with attendees.

2. **Customer Experience:** Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every interaction reflects positively on our brand.

3. **Sales and Sample Management:** Track samples and drive direct sales during events, maximizing opportunities to introduce customers to our products.

4. **Inventory Management:** Assist in tearing down and maintaining event inventory, ensuring everything is organized and accounted for.

5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with our Sales teams to identify new event opportunities.

**Requirements:**

- Availability for approximately 5-15 hours per week, primarily Thursday through Sunday, to accommodate event schedules.

- Ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly (Remember we are packaged in glass bottles and that can get heavy). 

- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively represent our brand.

- Deep understanding of the Simple Times Mixers brand and target audience, with a passion for exploring new customer segments and markets.

- Willingness to travel regionally for events, with mileage reimbursement provided.
