We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our remote team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our rapid growth by managing HR duties and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people management and a knack for implementing HR best practices in a dynamic, remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts; coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing any employment issues and ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
  • Support the performance management process that includes performance reviews and employee development plans.
  • Oversee benefits administration, employee compensation programs, and ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources positions, with a broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working remotely and managing remote teams is highly desirable.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
